What is your workflow?

We screen natural antibodies from vaccinated animal or human samples through a patent protected technology-Multi-color Epitope-specific Single Cell Sorting (MESCS®). We interrogate the whole repertoire of antibody and isolate the proper antibodies from over 10 billion cells.. Over 90% recombinant antibodies we sorted bind the desired protein. 

What kind of samples you can isolate antibodies from?

PBMCs, lymphocytes or splenocytes. Keep 10-50 million cells per cryotube and send us at least two vials of cells. Sample quality (cell viability) is extremely important for antibody screening. Sample preparation protocol is available upon request. 
We recommend you pre-screen the sample to make sure it contains antibodies you want. For example, you can test serum to make sure it binds the desired protein and then send us PBMCs prepared from sample blood. 

What species samples you can work on?

Currently, samples from human, rhesus macaque, rabbit, mouse, rat, pig, sheep and guinea pig. We don’t accept samples containing high-pathogenic virus (like Ebola or high-pathogenic H5N1 patient samples) or toxin. Samples fit bio-safety level 2 can be handled.  

Except samples, what else you need?

Antigen plasmid or expressed protein. If you choose full service package, we will prepare antigen. If you choose partial or customized service package,  such as human antibody service, antigen plasmid or expressed protein should be supplied to us. 

What I can get after my project done?

At least 5 recombinant monoclonal IgG antibodies (up to 100 μg) that bind your desired protein.  The binding results (ELISA) will be available. We will try best to feed you back antibodies with high binding affinity and diversified binding epitopes. Reasonable additional antibodies are available upon request.
Extra service with extra cost will also be fulfilled, like antibody binding affinity KD, antibody labeling, IgM and others.

How long you will take for a project?

4-8 months, depended on your project and vaccination protocol.
