Multi-color Epitope-specific Single Cell Sorting-MESCS® is a powerful plateform used for multiple species samples, has been well developed in our lab. Through few steps of selection, we can narrow down the population of cells we want and then single-cell sort the antigen-specific cell into a 96-well plate with greater than 90% accuracy. To fit this plateform, we have customized gating strategies for different species samples, including human PBMCs, pig PBMCs, rhesus macaque PBMCs, mouse splenocytes or lymphocytes, rabbit lymphocytes, guinea pig PBMCs and sheep PBMCs. Antibody Ig amplified from each well contains natural matched heavy and light chains. With years of experience on different samples, we have complete protocols to prepare samples, sample staining, probe preparation, flow cytometry analysis and single-cell sorting. The single-cell deposit will be tracked.
